Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video).

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Custom-packed or perishable items
